Why do you require copies of our passports before we arrive?

To ensure you a smooth check in we are required to inform the Building Management of your arrival in advance of your stay.
 
To help us with this we require you to send us scanned passport copies for each guest in your group at least 3 days prior to your check in. Then, as an officially licenced Holiday Home company in Dubai, we must forward your details to the building management where you will be staying.

If we do not receive this information from you there is a possibility that check in will be delayed, and in extreme circumstances even denied by the building management. Please help us to assist you by making sure we receive this information early so it can be processed in a timely manner.
