All bookings must be paid for in full according to our Booking Terms and Conditions before arrival. If you are having difficulty making payment online and have agreed with our agent to pay for your booking on arrival, we will require you to arrange partial payment of 25% via bank transfer or online payment. Any cancellation will have this payment forfeited. Outstanding balance can then be paid upon arrival. Our Guest Relations Officer will assist you with the payment, if you opt to pay using credit card.
