What if I want to change to a different property after I have confirmed a reservation?

Should you wish to change the property you have booked after the reservation has been confirmed, you must notify us by email as soon as possible.  Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such request. Any alteration request is subject to availability of the property and company's discretion. If we accept your request to change accommodation, any cost incurred by us and price difference (if there's any) will be borne by you.
